REGISTRATION FEES

The workshop registration fees (160€) include a dinner, 2 lunches, and coffee breaks. If you want to bring additional participants, please specify it when making the payment online. The rate for one additional participant will be 40€ for the workshop (excluding dinner and lunches), 60€ for the dinner (on Thursday) and 60€ for two lunches. A goodie bag (not included in the registration fee) will be provided to each participant.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

In order to confirm and complete your registration, you will receive a registration code and password on your e-mail account for login. Once you have received your login information, please click on the link provided in the registration confirmation e-mail so you can log in and make your secured payment online. Your registration will be fully completed after payment. Attendees who have registered, paid and not received confirmation within 14 days of payment, should contact cws2017@ieseg.fr

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to cws2017@ieseg.fr at least 14 days prior to the colloquium. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged on all cancellations between 8 and 2 weeks prior to the workshop; thereafter the full fee will be charged.

INVOICE

On the basis of the registration data basis, each delegate will receive an invoice upon arrival at the workshop.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Registration will not be processed without payment. Payment may be made by credit card (VISA and Mastercard are accepted).
